    i specifically told Kaysen i want crystal clear and slightly tint the tips in clear black she told me those are UV coated

    got mine an hour ago! sadly, right phone have a loose seal.... but left phone have a tight perfect fit! leaving for a 3 weeks trip before i can go back to the audiologist and get a refit. overall -

    they received mine on 12/28 and it was supposed to be shipped out today too... but was told that they had to repour the shell as there were bubbles in the first one. Kaysen promised me it'll be ship out tomorrow overnight free of charge..... im leaving for a trip on thursday, here's keeping my...
