Hi, I'm currently using my iPod as source through a little dot I+ amp with grado sr225i phones. The iPod is connected to the amp via the 3.5mm output to RCA on the amp. I'm just wondering if I'll notice any difference with a line out to RCA? Thanks.

Hi, I got my first amp there about two days ago - the little dot I+. I currently have Grado 225i's and I want to get something different for when I want a change from the grado sound. I'm thinking something closed back also that will benefit from the I+. I mainly listen to techno, rock etc.

I was planning on getting another set of headphones at some stage anyway - I'm thinking I should get something that will be able to make use out of this amp. Any ideas? Something different to the Grado sound for when I want a change. I don't like the look of that HD800 nor do I really like...
