As far as i can tell, there isn't any problem when plugging them into my phone. I was starting to think that maybe it could be something about my sound card, so i dived into the settings and tried turning things off. It has alot of post processing settings and i just gave them the kill switch...

The sound does indeed come from the drivers. It sounds like a "crackling" or "clicking" noise. It doesn't seem like the listening levels affect the noise being present or not. It kinda happens at random. However, i am using the external volume controller that comes with the ZX, so my volume...
