As an owner of a fairly recently purchased k3pro, the manual in the box says K3pro, but the box itself only says K3. Also you have the swappable filters.

In keeping with the ancient greek, roman trend, "Scylla" would be a cool name.   I currently use magaosi k3pro and used to use grado gr10e. I would like the Zeus because I've heard amazing things about it and it would be my first custom!

I couldn't get a good seal with anything but complys, I guess that's just testament to everyone's ears being different both in what we hear and physically. It was only on some tracks, most sounded fine and I have no clue what was causing it.

I remember reading something about Hifiman saying they didn't include a balanced cable intentionally so that people didn't overdrive them. I listen to a lot of different types of music, from folk to symphonic metal to rap to jazz. I'm currently using an m9xx.

Before my pair got stolen I was using the black filters + comply tips, they didn't go in as nicely as my CA Novas but they still sounded good with a fun amount of bass. My only issue was that on some edm tracks the vocals were recessed.

I've had a pair of these for about a month now, really digging the bass texture.
