All electronics are prone to fail. Therefore, a warranty is an essential element of all earbuds, including the Elite 65t. However, even a cursory review of Amazon, Best Buy or social media consistently shows that Jabra is an epic FAIL in this critical area. Custyafter customer reports that Jabra first provides boiler plate “reset” instructions over a period of weeks then refuses to respond when that charade fails. The customer is then left with a defective $200 earbud. No responsible reviewer can recommend a product from such a company!!
