Audio is a main hobby, I got back into serious headphone listening in the mid '90's. My first quality headphones were Stax SR-X Mk3 with SRD-7 energizer box purchased late 70's when they were the top performing headphone available. I deeply regretted selling them some years later and eventually found a like new pair second hand which I still own along with now a second one (back up) and the rare PRO bias version which has become one of my absolute favorites.
