My Bloody Valentine: 'Loveless' sound quality?
I could listen to Loveless on a tapedeck with ibuds and I'd enjoy it. The remaster does nothing for me. -

Old School Trio: AKG K701, Beyerdynamic DT880, Sennheiser HD650
Quote: Actually I don't think more high end would necessarily be bad... What I've noticed with my k701s is a sort of peakiness in the lower highs/upper midrange, and an absence of sparkle at the top end that I really like with my ER-4Ps. If that really noticeable glare was...- erasmus

Any anime series that you've been enjoying?
working my way through uninhabited planet: survive! right now... and it's surprisingly watchable. Tatami Galaxy was quite a ride. I can't say I liked it all that much, but I can't deny the freshness and originality of its approach, and the scheming, deliberate structuring of its plot.- erasmus

Kitchen Knife-fi
I use a CCK 1301 chinese cleaver and a Tojiro DP 150mm petty, along with a King 1000/6000 combo stone and a DMT XC diamond plate. There must be a hundred knives and sharpening stones and cutting boards that I'm lusting after, but I'm a broke college student. :P- erasmus

They are lacking the bass oomph that you'd want for dance tracks, and might be a bit too revealing of the "hot" mastering that...- erasmus

Any anime series that you've been enjoying?
Quote: You might try Trigun, to which Cowboy Bebop is often compared. It's a lot more heavy on humour, but has a very similar formula. I'm working my way through Master Keaton right now, and it's pretty enjoyable. I think I have a thing for episodic series. :P- erasmus
