Audioengine 5 Subwoofer
I got the Audioengine 5's and then picked up a good soundcard and it made my Audioengines sing. The soundcard is a X-Fi Elite Pro. Then about two weeks ago i picked up an Energy esw-v10 subwoofer. Hooked it up thru the soundcard. The sound to me is amazing. I like good sound. I am use to B&W...- ElvinBishop

Thanks for the help. I have it going and sounds so good. I am amazed at these Audioengines. The Energy esw-v10 subwoofer works great with them. I did hook the sub from the puter soundcard. On the Creative X-Fi Elite Pro, i had never used any other mode than Entertainment mode. I did switch over...- ElvinBishop

Energy ESW-V10 Subwoofer With Audioengine 5's
I have the Energy esw-v10 and the audioengine 5's hooked to the subwoofer. My sound card is a Creative x-fi Elite Pro. How do i hook the subwoofer to the sound card and this should give me more control over the sub from the control box i would think.- ElvinBishop

Sitting at the computer, i am sitting at the side of the room. If i did not have any computer speakers, i would always have to turn on the Pioneer receiver and turn the receiver to the computer input. Then adjust the volume and i would never be sitting in the sweet spot of where the b&w's are...- ElvinBishop

My speakers on the computer are Audioengine 5's. My sound card is Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Elite Pro. I have an Energy esw-v10 subwoofer comming. The Audioengines have a sub out and i am not sure if my sound card has a sub out. What is the best way to hook the sub up to the Audioengines...- ElvinBishop
