Well, they're black headphones, nothing too bad...kinda like the Q40s. If the bass can make my vision blur I would take 'em. I just wanted to know if anyone has heard or read about this line of phones.

Thanks, I have heard the foster can do some wonderful things when modded and its on my list for sure. Have you or anyone else come across a planar magnetic cheap like the takstar does with the dt990 ect.... Maybe a cheap knockoff of the Hifiman or the like?

Well I pulled the trigger and ordered the 2050 and the HD3000.  I am new to audiophille world, but I do like it!  I would love any feedback on the HD3000s if anyone has tried them out.  I love MrEleventy's detachable mod BTW.  Can't wait to try it out on mine.
