Sony MDR-1A - Sony's latest update on the 1R
Yep I had them for 3 years going for 4 so the sound profile was amazing to my ears. The bass was overwhelming at first but over the years the sound better and better and everything balanced out. So comfy I could wear them to the gym with no issues whatsoever. Unfortunately, I misplaced them at...- elmexicanoalto

Sony MDR-1A - Sony's latest update on the 1R
I really wanted to love these cans as I was I was anticipating them so much. The sounds is great and so lightweight but they're just not as comfortable as everyone is making them out to be. I cannot keep these on my ears longer than 30 mins due to my left ear pressing against the driver and...- elmexicanoalto

Sony MDR-1A - Sony's latest update on the 1R
So I've had these cans for a week and I love the sound and how lightweight they are. Super comfy for a little bit but I've noticed my ears tend to stick out too much therefore hitting the driver in which it starts getting uncomfortable... Anybody have this issue?- elmexicanoalto

Sony MDR-XB950BT Bluetooth headphones
Does anybody else left ear cup rattle when moving around on head and off? I can definitely tell a rattle when I'm not playing music and move my head around.- elmexicanoalto

Sony MDR-XB950BT Bluetooth headphones
I find them corded to sound their best. On Bluetooth the bass seems to overtake the lows and miss for me especially with the Bass Boost. I know someone posted a small and easy mod on here about adding fitted foam into each headphones bass port. Seems to contain the bass a little bit better- elmexicanoalto

Sony MDR-XB950BT Bluetooth headphones
How long have you had them for? I've noticed that as well on these but I'm sure with the "burn in" they'll balance out. When I initially got my XB500s the sound overall sounded murkier and now 3 years later they're so crisp and the thumping bass is still there.- elmexicanoalto

Sony MDR-XB950BT Bluetooth headphones
I'm starting to think it's by design because my XB500s have always done the same. The right headphone thumps just a minuscule more than the left. The left still vibrate and thumps but I feel it more on my right. Like I said sound sounds balanced and no rattling or distortion so far. Yes, they...- elmexicanoalto

Sony MDR-XB950BT Bluetooth headphones
So just received these cans and so far I'm impressed although I have noticed that the right headphones bass is louder (vibration) compared to the left. Especially noticeable at high volumes and the bass is super low (hip hop tracks) I've tried several songs and its the same. Sound overall sounds...- elmexicanoalto
