I did use the Shure SE846 a while ago but end up buying the ASG2.5 since I prefer more bass. I would give the clarity to the Shure SE846 but the rest (in term of sound quality) to the ASG 2.5.

My custom silicon tips, perfectly fit and comfortable of course. Wider soundstage since the sound come out directly from the tube instead of through 3mm-6mm from normal eartips. The bass less boomy and seemed clearer. Now I am happy to turn the bass port to max without feeling too much bass...
