Seller has solved my problem by refunding money. Thank you Sunrise for being reliable and quick to refund. Hope you will sort the Xcape problem :) In general I can say that, the sound quality was amazing and it is really a pity I couldn't reveal its all beauty.

I think I experience a so called driver flex with Sunrise Xcape. It is a sever issue, because it totally mutes one ear (the right side). Any ideas if that is fixable ? I tried different seals, same thing happens.

It could be. Because, I gave them to my friend to listen for a while. After 30minutes listening he didn't feel any problems... I feel stupid now. But how do I fix this problem anyway? I cannot just enlarge my ear canal?   and what about driver flex?
