Would the Fiio e6 pair well with these?

Yeah well the mids/highs seemed to improve with burn in for me at least. I suppose we could have been hearing it differently at the beginning because we were used to different headphones before.

Wow. I'll admit, when i first listened the bass was too powerful, the mids, particularly the lower mids were recessed and the treble wasn't refined. Well after ~100 hours of burn-in all those problems have been fixed and these have developed into my ideal sound signature! I freaking love these...

So, i just ordered a pair of these from dzone2 on ebay for $58! i'm excited, but i'll probably have to wait a month or so. I'll let you know what i think when i listen to it. i'm just hoping this the upgrade i've been looking for from the brainwavz m3

Alright that's good to hear, i currently have the m3's but i'm looking for the next step up without spending 150-180 on a GR07 which was what i was llooking at before. Would you say that it's slightly more musical and has more midrange than the m3? is it also faster? those were my only real...

How do these compare to the brainwavz m3?
