When it comes to the Tempest 3d audio on PS5 it really depends on your headphone/headset and I guess head shape? I used to have the Epos H6 Pro open and with 3d audio on it sounded like complete crap for whatever reason. Everything was super off sounding but if I use my AKG k712 pro or my IEMs...

If it works like it does on PC you will get ATMOS on any stereo headphone as long as you have the Dolby Atmos license and the stream service supports it
