Yes, you need to email them about it. There really isn't any other earphones that could match up to the Turbine Pro Gold price, but the closest are the Inspiration and DNA 2.0.    I'm also in the process of returning my Turbine Pro Gold, not sure whether to go with the Inspiration or the DNA 2.0.
