    That's the one I posted

    O2 AMP + ODAC

You need 3K for 1.5x gain

Whichever pair you remove will turn to 1.0x.

Tonebooster Morphit - Correct your headphone's frequency response, simulate other famous headphones, and more

Looks about the same to me (compared to VSTHost). Any comparison on delay and stability? They have a standalone version since I wrote that, but it's instable as hell. I tested 2 different versions and got tired of it. Virtual Cable + VSTHost + Sonarworks with ~50% phase correction created enough...

    Sonarworks Headphone Calibration software

Yup, one of the reasons I didn't attempt a loudspeaker calibration. I live in the outskirts of my town and there is minimal traffic, but even the vents on my PC may interfere, not to mention I'd need a much better mic.

It would make just as much sense as setting up a rep at Edinburgh of the Seven Seas. The world doesn't revolve around the USA.

No, but Alex will storm in and tell you all about it XD I'm happy with the OPA1688s.

    O2 AMP + ODAC

The proper statement would be I tested nearly two dozen op amps and the O2 is optimized for the op amps that proved best from what I had at hand.      Gain depends on your input. 1/3.3x is excellent for a 2.1V input (ODAC). 3.3x is actually a tiny bit more than it can safely handle. Mine's at...

    O2 AMP + ODAC

I don't think NwAvGuy ever said that opamps do not matter. As far as I can recall it was more about price/performance and drawing a line where "better" opamps wouldn't result in an audible improvement.   As for the roles: the one next to the potmeter (2068 by default) amplifies voltage. The...

    O2 AMP + ODAC

Mine's modded, ofc I opened it. Wires are standard copper twisted pairs, but even if they were some "cheapo" garbage there'd be 0 difference.

    O2 AMP + ODAC

Mine has a 6.3mm, a 3.5mm and 2 pairs of RCAs and no switch. Basically use whichever suits you best. I'm using the RCAs.

Yes, there is. More room for tinkering and also the ability to keep one and replace the other with something else.

    Which option will sound better?

Depends almost entirely on the power supply (other factors are negligible). If the DAC isn't USB powered then it should be pretty much the same. If the DAC is USB powered and is sensitive to noisy VBUS then I have no idea because I'm not an Apple person.

    Sonarworks Headphone Calibration software

I didn't have any license other than the 5 day trial key I got when I tested the systemwide version. The 21 day key I got for the HP plugin expired long ago. The license worked and it did its job perfectly for a few minutes until it started to glitch out and I had to either wait, set buffer size...
