Cause this is lossless PEQ. Just like Mojo 2's lossless PEQ which doesn't drop volume level.

Do the RCA ports on the back support pre-out or only line out? I want to connect two sets of speakers to both RCA and XRL as pre-out.

K17 really got my attention, especially the build, design and PEQ. I am looking for a DAC/AMP that sounds similar to Hifiman EF400 (as much as I love it, lack of bluetooth is killing my daily needs), K17 seems to be it. @FiiO Please let me know when K17 will be available in India?

How good is the PEQ when compared to software EQ like Equalizer APO? Is it true lossless as FiiO advertised? Is the volume reduced when you apply the EQ to prevent clipping? The volume should not be reduced if it's lossless.

It's been the case with FiiO products, too many bells and whistles. And basics features are missing. They need to research what features people use most and ignore the least used. I am an EQ guy but 31 band PEQ is too much for most.

I have been using RS6 with Topping NX7 for almost three years. It's a great little AMP with plenty of power. It's neutral and does exactly what an AMP supposed to do. I used ifi xCan, Mojo 2, Xduoo XD-05 Pro and Gryphon before but NX7 has the best amplifier of all.

At $1400 the words like "steal for the price" or "performs above it's price" should be taken with a big grain of salt IMO. Hype has become a custom on Head-fi and ibasso products are "Usual suspects". :smile: So, play a safe game "try before you decide and buy", nothing beats it. For people who...

Cayin C9ii is also just an AMP. I agree, Gryphon is a good option too. You might also take a look at Xduoo XD-05Pro if you are not using sensitive IEMs. I tested Gryphon and Mojo 2 and much preferred Mojo 2 because of the better DSP on the latter. But the AMP on Gryphon a touch more powerful...

+1 High-end cables are snake oil IMO. The difference between a reasonable cable and ultra expensive cables is unnoticeable for many people. People who have limited budget, investing in cables is a pure waste IMO.

You get twilight and a very good cable for that price.
