Wow, I was just thinking about buying some cheap Dac/Amp for starters :D. I think I'll do as you said because the crack is not really loud and it doesn't happen when I listen to something. It is also true that such a low volume value is not often changed. Thanks a lot for quick answers :)

Yes, these headphones are more sensitive than the other pairs I've been using, so you may be right. Is that sound something I should be worried about ? I've never had to deal with anything like this :/
