what would be considered high impedance?    right now I am using Sennheiser 558s..   if the vali is better for these headphones id take the magni to work and leave the vali at home. 

how do people feel about this amp in comparison to the magni? I was thinking about getting an amp for work 

Thanks for your replies guys. Would it be a worthy purchase getting the Modi DAC? From the reviews I have read it makes a heavy difference as far as quality goes. I mostly use them for music/games/movies
