Wow. Sorry, friend. If all of this stuff about retailers not getting their orders until April is true, it’s pretty infuriating especially since Audeze seemed to encourage people to try retailers after the preorders sold out.

That’s what I’ve been using. No issues so far.

Might not be able to return them but they should still be under warranty for repair/replacement.
