AirPods Max
And I feel like a loft of the sonic magic is happening via the signal processing within the apm so. It would be really interesting to see if somebody would hack these so the drives can be hooked up to a normal analogue source and do a sound comparison to the processed sound.- Dorder

AirPods Max
I think they are supposed to be used wirelessly whenever possible. The cable seems to be just a makeshift solution for sources with no bluetooth i.e. airplanes.- Dorder

Shure KSE1500 Review - Shure KSE1500 Sound Isolating Electrostatic Earphones
So after around 100hrs of listening without explicit burn-in time I'm very glad that any trace of sibilance has disappeared. Cocteau Twins for example sounded pretty harsh initially but now are just pure bliss (god I love the CTs). Also I'm really liking the tri-flange tips on the kse1500 which...- Dorder

Yeah, it is absolutely unbearable on the mac, whereas my iPhone 6s+ works fine with some occasional hiccups.- Dorder

Shure KSE1500 Review - Shure KSE1500 Sound Isolating Electrostatic Earphones
So I finally got the kse1500 and I'm pretty amazed by the sound they are capable of producing. But is there any way to make them usable on a macbook pro via USB without the popping? Sorry if that has been addressed extensively before.- Dorder

Is there a way to get rid of my iTunes library?
i used to have the same problem while i was using windows. if an external drive shows up with the wrong letter, you can just reasign a own letter. here's the guide. i think if you use high letters like Z, the drive letters should stay the same.- Dorder

the akg studio phones are very hard to drive because they're low impedance and low efficiency, which means they need lots of current- Dorder

Need Help with my CD3000's
yes, there's a screw-on 1/8" to 1/4" plug adapter that came with the stock cd3k. A standard 1/8" to 1/4" adapter should work as well, but the stock one would reduce bulk. you could contact a local sony parts distributor about them. regarding the balanced outs of your preamp, it's hard to say...- Dorder
