Thank you for the reply. I thought it was some auto shutoff circuit. I'm using HD 650 headphones. I also hear a very loud pop in the headphone if I pull them from the jack.

Got my new Valhalla 2 last week and noticed something strange. Wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I unplugged my headphones to plug in elsewhere without powering the amp off and the amp shut itself off. I had to power the amp off and power it back on to get it to come on again. Tried...

Hi all,   I use a NAD CD player as my source most of the time. I would like to be able to switch from my headphone amp to my integrated amp (when listening to speakers) without swapping cables. Anybody have a suggestion?

What are you using as a source? I was going to hook up the Valhalla to my cd player.

Also take a listen to Macy Gray's new album Stripped. As good as it was through speakers, it was even better with the HD650's.

My amp does not have the -20db button. I just wondered why the HD650's seem easier to drive on my amp than other headphones.

I listened first on a Yamaha desktop radio (with speakers) and thought yeah, this is pretty good. Finally listened to with my headphones after a trip this week and wow! Amazing sound. Thank you Dr. Chesky; hope you keep recording music this great.

I have the same problem, mediums are too small, large are too large. Let me know if you find a fix. I have read many similar complaints.

Reading your post, I was surprised that you like the font size. I read several complaints about this somewhere else. Did the font size change with the new firmware? Is it possible to do that?
