This was my first real headphone purchase since some Shure E2Cs years ago.  They flat out rock.   They were designed to sound great from a smartphone if need be.  Inline iPhone remote/mic on the cable is nice.  The sealed over ear design keeps things quiet on a plane..for myself and the person next to me..   Design is nice, although I suppose some people will care more or less for it than myself.  I'm mostly drawn to the attention to detail, build quality, and performance.  The leather ear cups are super comfortable, nice touch.   Maybe...
