I listen to quite a lot of classical, jazz and classic rock. No EDM at all, is this headphone suitable for my tastes?

Oh another thing, so how do i switch between headphones and speakers from my magni 2 uber? Do i just plug in my headphones and that mutes my speakers? And in order to listen to my speakes again i just unplug my headphones from the magni?
