G2, is not bass shy at all IMO. It is insanely dynamic and has a awesome soundstage,,,, Its one of the best Schiit dacs to date...IMO...

When i did feel the need for more bass i just turn the knob on the lokius. Bass increases while still maintaining the cleanliness. Win/win.
