I, too, read the wirecutter article. Just got the Panasonic TCM125's, directly from Panasonic (free shipping!). While waiting for them to get here, I picked up the Sonys that came in 2nd in the review.   They sound almost identical. To each other, and to some $50 earbuds. Not tons of bass, but...
