You can use a pair of tweezers to remove them. Glue has already been pre-applied on the filters though it might be a little tricky to align.  

Have you tried replacing the left filter? It is included in the box but can be easily overlooked. It comes in a strip of 4. Hope this helps!

What android phones will the Capri be able to work with? I'm interested in the cable but i have trouble getting any dac/amps to work with my LG v20 without the use of any third party apps which is a problem since none actually support spotify.

Was not expecting that steep of an increase in price, guess i will not be upgrading my w500 after all.

Hi, has anyone been able to get the v20 to work with dac/amps like the oppo ha-2 without the use 3rd party apps i.e UAPP ? I've tried connecting a couple of dac/amps with a usb type c adapter and cant seem to get it to work.
