Just remeasured my ears and they're 77m tall and 19mm sticking out, so that would make sense. The headband is indeed very easy to bend (both tighter and looser), that can definitely help with fit.

Did you buy these online from somewhere in the UK? Trying to find somewhere with reasonable & fast shipping.

I just can't decide if these are comfortable or not.  I don't have a lot of experience with over-the-ear phones so it's a little hard to distinguish sizing issues from the newness of having something over my ears.....   I think slightly larger earpads would make these much more comfortable...
