Obscure Chinese DAPs
I checked for A-B repeat and "study mode" on the F Audio Fa3, Xs-03 and S1. No, none of them have it. Since I never use repeat I didn't know!- deltecdpa

Obscure Chinese DAPs
So F.Audio does not seem to be a reliable manufacturer yet... Not t3, but I owned, years ago: one Xs-01 with ticking noise at low-level sound such as in fade-out etc. two (one more bought by mistake) Xs-03. BOTH defective, loud noise, pops, level drops etc. Both unusable. one Fa3s that last...- deltecdpa

The Fragrant Zither (TFZ) Reviews and Impressions Thread
My Essence changed usage. Start as audiophile set with an F.Audio dap, bal connection (FA3S) also reviewed them giving 4½ stars. Then the F.Audio dap died and replaced with an HiBy R3 2022, bal connection. Owh! Their bass still great but I felt them extremely V-shaped, the midranges became too...- deltecdpa

41T the reset set? Right! My recent IEMs were TFZ Essence (single DD beryllium) and NiceHCK M6 (DD x2 and 4BA, discontinued) The FR graph shows that the 41T is an ear resetting to a neutral response. Now for me is hard to listen to the TFZ while the M6 (silver "bright" filter) is still...- deltecdpa

That MECHEN dap can be ok if not demanding an hi-end sound, but specs are funny. Ok if it can't play FLAC above 48Khz, but could not accept that it reads AAC in mono instead in stereo...!! 🫨🫨 Read specs carefully before buy those mysterious derivatives 😏- deltecdpa

I like IEM in clear resin that allow to look at its structure, I wonder where the DD vent is in the 41T. Maybe is that rather long pipe? (looking wobbly due to optical distortion of moulded resin) start from DD even if cannot see where exactly from... turning under the tweeter BAs, then reach...- deltecdpa

Ali Express (but someone told you already 😁) I think is Juzear branded only, not made by. No MMCX unless Juzear makes an IEM with that connector, I guess 😏- deltecdpa

You right. Then I got the 41T because I discovered them first here, if I discovered the SoundRhyme thread first I may got the SR5...! They both get great impressions thereafter I thought 41T should suit better my tastes as I find them soft but not dark, is bright and detailed enough. Should I...- deltecdpa

you mean SR5 = better technicalities and 41T = warmer, I guess 😁 I enjoying the 41T a lot, so balanced. Warm, great tonality. Highs soft yet detailed. And that bass going so deep... 😍- deltecdpa
