Good first impressions. I had the Fusion 1 to demo from EA and I really liked what it brought to the sound. I’d be interested to know your thoughts once you have more time with it and the Anni.

How to do you find the Fusion 1 pairs with Anni compared to the Liquid Links stock cable?

Shock horror! I’ve managed to get the Spinfit Omni onto the Anni23. Thanks to @lolhero who said to gently warm up the tips, as this was what eventually worked. You still need to carefully work it onto the nozzle but with it being a bit warmer it becomes easier to do so.

How did you guys get the Omni onto the Anni’s nozzles? I tried and tried but couldn’t get them on.

What were the other sources that you tried the Anni with?

Nothing at all happens. I’ve tried removing it and then letting the R8 detect the router it again but still nothing.

I’m having trouble getting my R8 to connect to my router. I recently had new broadband put in and so I went to update the R8 wi-fi. The DAP detected the new router and so I put in my password and asked to connect, but nothing has happened and no connection is made. There are no errors messages...

You’re not alone here. I have yet to hear any difference. I listen to CD WAV files on SD card and hi-res on Tidal so not sure if it’s that.

How does Annihilator 2023 pair with the R8ii ? I’m confused with the sometimes conflicting views that a powerful amp is needed to drive the Annihilator. I currently use the SP3000 but not sure whether I need to add an amp or not. The other alternative is to change my DAP and I must admit that...

I’ve just ordered some of those based on your comment. I’m currently using the ordinary Lights, but I’m looking forward to trying the shorts.

+1 for the Legend X. I haven’t checked them out in any detail but on the recent classifieds there were a couple of sets going for around the $800 price range. Assuming they were in decent condition I’d call that a good deal.
