    How's the bass compared with the ESW9? Lil' Knight, since your musical taste is very similar to mine (RnB, Hip-Hop, Down Tempo, etc.) and you have both headphones, do the ESW10JPNs outshine the ESW9s by a significant margin for the types of music listed?

    Sony MDR-V6. Very good isolation, cheap introduction into Head-Fi, and super comfortable with the Beyer pads.

    MDR-V7506 earpads-comfort issues?

    Yes, yes, yes and yes! Like yourself, I could not stand the standard pleather pads that came standard with the Sony's. Once I switched though, the comfort was amazing, so much so my GF asked to sleep with the headphones on as means to block out noise, due to their comfort.
