Hi, I'm thinking of buying these headphones for mixing music (not DJ-ing mixing), so I'm wondering how flat and accurate they actually are? @tdockweiler mentioned they sound totally opposite of HD600, but they measure increeedibly close, and HD600 are often refered as flattest/best headphones...

On the topic.   My guess is, you should really checked them. I don't know about others, but 688b are for monitoring, very analitical, no wild bass, so they aren't really fun for listening to everything (I supose).   Watch reviews and se which one are more hi fi ones.   Hope that helped...
