The BEST full sized headphones for $30 USD or less (updated Nov. 27 2013)?
I've had the JVC RX700's for a few days now and I don't think I'm happy with them. They're not that comfortable (pioneers were much more comfy), they very big and my ears get warm, sweaty, etc after extended use.- dallows

The BEST full sized headphones for $30 USD or less (updated Nov. 27 2013)?
Got the RX700's. Friggin' huge. Not as much padding as I would've imagined. And they're bigger, bulkier than I would've liked. I might just wait until Christmas and get a nice $150-$200 pair.- dallows

Quote: Oh the fit is absolutely perfect, covers the ears and I didn't even have to adjust the top band thing (lol). They are definitely very comfortable and to just mention again - while I think there was some slight discomfort the first day I did wear them for a few hours with relatively...- dallows

The BEST full sized headphones for $30 USD or less (updated Nov. 27 2013)?
So after more usage with the Pioneers I've become weary of more possible issues of pain. Though the discomfort was only in my left wear, so that's interesting. So the few hours I used them at home on my computer were okay pain wise, but I couldn't really use them for long without rest when...- dallows

I used them maybe 1-2 hours or so of gaming. I think they'll do fine. Definitely better than the Koss UR-55's I bought.- dallows

The BEST full sized headphones for $30 USD or less (updated Nov. 27 2013)?
My Pioneers arrived. First impressions. VERY comfortable. Sound is good. I think the whole "echo" thing is just something I'll get used to. I believe it might help with "directional" sound.' They're huge though. You guys think I could change out the ear pads? Or are they non-removable?- dallows

The BEST full sized headphones for $30 USD or less (updated Nov. 27 2013)?
Quote: You'll have to forgive me, I'm new to all this. I usually just bought some $20 Sony headphones and made due, lol. The Koss UR-55's were just too small. Not really tight, but either I have a big head (dunno my size) or they're just built small. The problem for me is that...- dallows

Anyone have any thoughts on the Pioneer SE-M390? I'm going to return the Koss UR-55. They hurt my ears. Also. I use headphones heavily for gaming. And everything sounded like it had an echo, almost hollow. I'm coming from heavy use on Sony MDR-V150's btw.- dallows
