i have a pair and agree completely about the way they sound, With a WAV file and a high quality source the treble is right where is should be IMO,   They are as capable as your source but will forgive poor recording, Hard to find that in speakers, headphones, IEMs,  VERY HARD ! i have been...

Great review, i have a pair and love em.   No amp needed and a smooth non fatiguing  sound,  very forgiving, crappy recording will still put a smile on your face.   I wear under my full face helmet, they stay in place and the splitter is long enough to clip on to my shirt a couple of buttons...

    Cardas A8 IEM

mine has a couple, i wipe em with a damp cloth only, haven't tried any chemicals to clean, and probably won't.   i bought mine 2nd hand and the seller sent me pics so i wasn't surprised by it, i'm sure its just a contact point, body heat/oil   email cardas tech support, might have a cleaning...

    Cardas A8 IEM

I bought a pair from a headfier and love them.    in a word "NATURAL"   they sound like life, listen to a movie and all the surrounding noises sound spot on.   a little dark (which i prefer)  it makes them less fatiguing.   with music you never feel like you are missing anything and even...

Great Review, thanks for all the time you spent on it and the description of each song,   I own the 400i but at work, i need something that gives me more isolation, might be my next purchase.

I owned the C5D and mostly used it a a Dac/Amp on my phone or laptop. One day i plugged my  phono preamp into it and was blown away, the Amp outshined the Dac,  The hiss i figure is with the DAC because when i used it as an DAC/AMP it was dead silent with IEM down to 16 ohms.

    Cypher Labs Theorem 720

I purchased a preowned Theorem from a HeadFier on this forum and was blown away with the sound from something portable and that size.   I was afraid of the HISS as described with IEMs but with the Westone W40 @ 29 ohms it is very slight and goes away when the music starts.   It has all the...
