Hey guys. I got these (558) during the holidays, I was wondering how durable the speaker mesh that covers the outside is?      I'm generally pretty careful with them, but it got me thinking when I quickly took them off and accidentally ran my fingernail across it. 

I'll definitely take a look at the suggestions. Actually, when I first started looking my first choice was the HD 558s, but wasn't it sure if was the right fit at its $170 price point; Amazon has them on sale for $130 now.

Okay, Thanks. I will definitely take a look at those. My only concern with the m50s is the possibility of them being too tight. Unfortunately, I'm a bit sensitive of gear being tight on my head.
