I switched the cartridge on my Onkyo and I'm not sure if the new nagoaka cartridge if perfectly parallel with the headshell. It looks like it is. Is this a problem if its off by a half degree?

Since the turntable can't be close to your speakers, which connection should should be longest in the setup - turntable to preamp or preamp to amp/receiver?

HiFiman HE-500 (HE as in High End) Proving to be an enjoyable experience in listening.

The 500's are going for 499 on amazon right now. Is that the best buy i'll come across or do they go for cheaper?
