means I send my ES5 back and I can choose wood faceplate and a new color for both sides after paying $250? Those new faceplates sounds tempting for me and I wanna choose another color since pinor noir doesnt sound like the color that I expected.  

I placed my ES5 order via Jaben HK on 11/12 and I tried to email Westone for tracking the progress of my ES5 by my name filled on the order list yesterday and they said that they couldnt locate my earphone. This makes me start feeling worry.....
