I completely agree and after about 400 hours of use and a graphene cable I consider the Avalon my best way to listen jazz together with the DX300Max ......

I use the EF400 with a Macbook Air M1 with audirvana 3.5 and one audioquest usb-cable and no problems at all only a great sound warm and smooth

after about 250 hours of operation I am certainly even happier. EF400 sounds really good also thanks to the himalaya dac. The soundstage is large and engaging. On my unit no crackling and popping issue. :L3000:
