Hi, like in the title I'm looking for most simple but up to date DAP. I need something simple like xDuoo X2 or D3, no BT, no touchscreen, no fireworks but with decent software and sound quality. My amplifier has no bluetooth so I would have to connect it directly over cable but I wish to stream wireless during workouts to have control on music without breaking workouts just to switch song. Probably it's because M5 can stream only to "music only receivers" like speakers or music...

I'm pretty sure Unicode, I use Foobar2000 to tag all my files. It's not just tags problem but player can't even see folders with special signs.

That's kind of disappointment. Even my old Hidizs AP60II can stream to any USB Dongle or integrated BT in my laptop.

Regarding to Fiio web page it's still only SBC and LDAC. Don't know how about LDAC because I haven't try to use it but SBC is as bad as normal so no additional downgrades I think.

And one more question, is there any way to stream to BT USB dongle in PC? For now M5 can't detect any of my USB dongles, both CSR, with visibility turned on. I can connect M5 as receiver but not as transmitter.

Hi, any chance for support of Polish letters like "Ąą, Ęę, Ćć, Łł, Ńń, Óó, Śś, Żż, Źź"? For now any song tagged with these letters is not detected by file explorer and it's tag is just "Unknown".

I'm afraid that SBC or AAC are only codes you can use on iPhone.

There is enough space to fit 40x17x5 and already found and ordered matching battery. Anyway it's still weird for me that there is no way to buy same battery as original and now I'm gonna have to cut out plastic clip from the inside to fit bigger battery at same capacity.
