I really like the tx-400 with them, also spinfits work great and provide super crisp audio

It's totally fine to leave it plugged permanently, I've had mine for over a month 24/7 on and it never got really hot or had any other problem for that matter.

Bought the RE-00, for 35 bucks you can't go wrong

I've tried these with the HM5 velour pads and they seem a bit more bassy with slightly distant vocals which is quite weird compared to what others have found.
