pretty certain that is is caused by the sound/pressure output... because after i experience it the 2nd time... the days afters i tried putting them on as usual for same amount of time... definately no pain or nething... i tend to put them in quite deep... blocking a lot of noise.. but volumew...

have you iem users ever notice taht after a while(1-2 hours) of lsitening, you feel a bit of pain/discomfort in ur eardrums?? thats what ive been experiencing lately with my AL im716... and i only have the volume at 17%(full on my volume atenator)

just got em in today... um... how do you put the foamies on the earphones?? is the the shiny side that goes in ur ear? or the other side?? lol also, the 3 flanges are a pain in the *** to put back on... the only way to get them on is tug and pull unitl it reaches the end right?
