How do I improve the audio output from my PC?
Hello, Thank you for your responses. I am using both 5.1 speakers and also headphones. Although with the speakers I just like to listen to my music in stereo, anyway. My main concern is the sound coming from the PC is very flat and not a lot of depth to it, and the difference is night and day...- Buzzbugs

How do I improve the audio output from my PC?
Hello, I am currently running my PC through a Yamaha HTR-6030 by running a 3.5mm from the headphone jack of the laptop, and down into the front 3.5 port on the amplifier. Suffice to say the audio quality is disappointing compared to, say, my desktop CD player that I am running through RCA in...- Buzzbugs

How to get better audio from my laptop?
Hello, I'm using a Clevo 750dm laptop which boasts a built-in Sound Blaster X-Fi MB5. The audio quality is okay, but I could swear I got better audio from my desktop which had an Asus Xonar DG in it. My current headphone is a pair of Oppo PM-3's and I know the potential these headphones...- Buzzbugs

Oppo PM-3 : The Portable Planar - Impressions
Hello, Really enjoying my new PM-3's for music but soundstage is a bit lacking for gaming. I was wondering would an amp/dac improve the PM-3 for gaming, and what is a good one to choose? I am using a laptop computer at a desk and will be for home use.- Buzzbugs

Oppo HA-2 SE
I just got myself a pair of brand new Oppo PM-3's. I never used a dac/amp before, are they worth it? Would someone with an untrained ear notice a difference?- Buzzbugs

Hello, advice on new production headphones.ad
Okay thank you for your time. I looked a bit into the OPPO PM-3's and it's said they are a neutral headphone. I think that's what I'm looking for as I don't want my headphones to exaggerate anything (so I can produce things with balanced honest sound). I will keep looking of course but these are...- Buzzbugs
