Could be your tubes are bended too much. So much that they are closed. And the sound is not coming through any more. Very likely.

I can see a pretty sharp bend of the tubes. How do you prevent the tubes from knodding? That has happened to me a few times.

I almost never make clear shells. There is not a lot of asking about this. What I do make with clear shell a lot is the ear canals. Because it looks nice but also because you’ll be able to see any kind of ear cerumen and how far it is up the tubes. Not Cleaning the ears before use is the biggest...

I am more focused on the art that comes around by making the in ears look special. Not so much on the electronics that go inside. I have worked with only the 2 way, 3 way en 4 way systems that Knowles offer. And ofcourse with the dampers. The thing is with the 4 driver GV 32830 you best use the...

There is another work around which as an extra helps you to get your CIEM very nice looking. I use egger laquer for silicon. Which is especially made for this purpose. So you don’t need to heat any wax. Dip. Hope it will stick at the right places. The Egger you just brush on and it will dry pretty fast.

I wonder too. I don’t think it is possible. You’ll always have to drill the holes do the tubes. Which is a very delicate matter. Only use drills no grinder tools. The grinder will easily break your shell. I have even tried putting slightly large tubing into the negative mall ear canal before...

I recently found a 7 year old bottle lp/h with some left overs. Still the same as when I just bought it. Regarding to the led curing lights… they are more intens than the traditional ones with the tube bulbs. I have a sun x11 wit 66 leds and curing goes very very fast. And as far as colors go…...
