Anyone have any experience between B & W P5 wirless and Onkyo H500BT? Trying to decide between these two.

I'm trying to find the Onkyo H500BT in the US. Best Buy is the only retailer I could find selling it. Best Buy says "over the ear" in the description isn't this "on-ear" though. Do you think their description is just wrong?   Also wondering if you have any connectivity issues with it being 4.0...
