The audio technicas where the better of the 2 when it came to electronic. They definitely had more bass, it just seemed when the bass was there, everything else was flat. It just wasn't giving the music a lively feel to it.  The sennheisers where a much better headphone all round but the bass...

These headphones are for home use on my desktop.   And i have owned sennheiser HD558 and Audio-Technica ATH-M50 and although they where great for rock music, they didn't really satisfy my electronic music listening.

Its not the volume thats the problem, its just lacking bass. And when i turn the bass up to the level i want it in the EQ, the volume lowers. I was thinking with the amp, the volume wont be effected since its got more power pushing it

My source is a xperia z1. It has an eq but when i turn the bass too high, it limits the volume. Which im assuming is a problem with the power coming from the phone   I might order one soon

I have the se315s, and iv went through many tips and i have the best ones in atm. There medium foam tips. Although im thinking of buying some comply hybrid tips
