Hi Forum..     Can anyone recommend the ideal tubes for big bass such as for for dub reggae music. Equipment is WA6-6SE + Stock Rectifier + Sophia Princess + DAC 19, HE500s, K712s and 650s.   I know buying LCD2s would probably be best option, but thought maybe could make real difference to...

I received my DAC 19 today, very quickly, less than one week to the UK, and only had to pay £33.00 customs - Bonus.   I am totally happy with this purchase, been listening loads already, and difference is just what I've been looking for. Big step up from NFB 11.   Thanks all for your helping...

I went for it. My DAC 19 was posted today. I am going to pair it my uber great Woo Audio WA6SE headphone amp. I reckon the pairing will sound amazing. Can't wait hear for myself. 

The HD650 has a very realistic sound in my opinion, at least compared to my K712pros. Would love to hear how realistic instrument sound though them using a DAC 19.

Just thought. Whats your impression on the NFB1 DAC compared to the DAC 19? Would be really interested to read what you have to say on this.

Hmm, thats interesting. I was worried that the DAC 19 might soften up the sound of my 6SE, so it reassuring to read of your experience on the WA6 DAC 19 pairing.   What headphones do you use with that pairing, if I may ask?

I know you asked this question back in October, but I am also asking the same question. Currently my 6SE is paired with my NFB 11, and wow, it has transformed my NFB 11. Would love to know how Valve amps in general pair with the DAC 19?

    Excuse my ignorance, but what is oversamping 8x on Master 11 and NOS mode on other DACs?   Thanks

LOL.   Whats your opinion on High Res music generally, such has PCM 24bit 196Khz etc?   Do you think there is any need to go any higher than 16 bit 44Khz, when using R-2R DACs?

    I think I agree with your on your point about the 99.99% vs 0.01% of available music. Would you also vouch that a DAC 19 can even make flawed music sound wonderful?

Yes thats what I am thinking. Its just a shame about lack of DSD support on DAC 19, or maybe this is not a big deal.   What do people on this forum think about DSD? Does it really matter that DAC 19 does not support this file?

Thank for sending these links, which I am gonna read today.    My main concern against the NFB 1 is based on what Kingwe wrote in an email to me email. He said If I am using the RCA outputs of the NFB1  (which is what I would be doing), not the XLR outputs, then I can expect only 90%...
