Nuforce Primo 8 - an Audiophile Phase Coherent Quad Balanced Armature Driver IEM - Impressions
Have been using for more than one year, no flaking, build quality or anything, basically great sound and accuracy. forums can be useful but sometimes they are basically troll forums. Price was too high, but didn't buy them to resell, bought them to listen. Liked them better than my SShure...- bobajoul

Lightning Equipped Headphones from Philips (Fidelio M2L)
Got a pair used from Amazon, nice sound, a bit tight on the headband, I thought the DAC made everything sound very nice, good solid bass, uppers a bit light. Will post more with more listening.- bobajoul

NAD Viso HP50 : Another superb headphone from Paul Barton?
Have really enjoyed the NAD sound but the comfort and fit are lacking compared to other similar priced headphones. Albeit a small concern, it is difficult to enjoy a headphone when they pinch or cause headaches. I would urge a higher price point headphone with more adjustment but same sound.- bobajoul

High End Bluetooth Headphones
Have two real nice BT Headphones right now- the Pendalumic S1+ and the B&O H8. Was looking for a good travel/walking headphone, ended up with a used pair of H8's mainly for ANC for airplanes. Bought the Pendalumics on a whim, glad I did. The H8's are reasonably comfortable, decent sound-...- bobajoul

HE 400 help
Just remember, you still need a DAC if you want to stream and convert the music, you can plug into the computer or whatever via the earphone plug but then do not have maximal clean sound, if that is the need. Now another thing to consider would be a higher end portable amp if you are just...- bobajoul

HE 400 help
The tube in a Vali is soldered onto board, it is not changeable and is long lasting, so don't let that color the idea. Tubes are warmer at lower prices, in essence. Only issue is brief warm up time for tubes- usually less than a second. And I have had several tube preamps years ago, never...- bobajoul

Must agree with others about cables, rather weird curve and feel to formed portion of cable, hard to configure to personalize, but comfortable.- bobajoul

Nuforce Primo 8 - an Audiophile Phase Coherent Quad Balanced Armature Driver IEM - Impressions
Just got a set of Primo 8 used on Amazon, must have been demos. First impression is very clear and flat mid and treble response, bass is somewhat source dependent, but solid and not boosted. Fit is good, nice amount of add ons. although for this price a non microphone cable should be included...- bobajoul
