Thanks Paul. My apologies for my sharp edges. The thought of two months is just ..... sigh. Anyway, should this be expected to arrive by next week? Can we route this directly to me after being fixed? I really hope we can all save the day reading your experiences about Paul and customer service. I broke my silence after two months of contacting seller, distributor and Paul. All of a sudden it appears now? And you are about to fix it? Yes we contacted by email but now it SUDDENLY appears because everybody can read here? Why did it took two months? I contacted Paul too. And his statement is opposite from the reseller and distributor. They point to each other. Well atleast he gave me symphaty. But symphaty does not solve this. I think for this, I deserve my money back in full. The ghost swiping was never a customer's fault in the first...- bluesnote

it's 2 months now and my DX200 unit is still in RMA.. when asked every part points to the other... this is becoming very frustrating on my end as a paying customer... 12 months warranty and it's two months now being in RMA. I am afraid I am not experiencing fast action from Ibasso here as...- bluesnote

same here. mine was fine since March then this July suddenly went for ghost swipes. sent for RMA. now im DAP-less and waiting for my unit.- bluesnote
