I have owned my Audeze LCD 3f for about one year and have enjoyed the headphone immensely.  The one thing that bothered me about the LCD 3 was the fact that they just seem to always be slightly muffled sounding.  I have tried different amps, both tube and solid state.  I have tried different cabling, different DACs but just could not get the clarity that I wanted with musicality without the sound being overly bright.  That is of course until I bought the HE-1000.     Is the HE-1000 more musical than my LCD 3f?  I would not say that they are.  I...
