+1.  I know lots of semi-pro/pro musicians who would KILL for a Schiit A>D like that.  Got to at least be 48k to accommodate the sample rate that's standard for video.     Heck, an 8-channel Apogee is over $4K.  Make something like that,   I don't know if the market is big and attractive...
